SHIPPING
All items online are ready to ship unless otherwise stated. Items will ship within 1-3 business days from receiving your order confirmation. Saturday, Sunday and official holidays are not considered business days for orders processing.
When will my order ship?
Orders with standard shipping take 1 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. When choosing shipping method, please account for non-business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Standard ground shipping orders arrive in 1-5 business days once the order has shipped; you will be emailed a tracking number. Longer transit times may apply to destinations outside the continental United States: Orders shipped outside the continental United States will take 7-22 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your USPS tracking number. Updated tracking information will be available the day after your order is shipped out.
What are the shipping charges for returns?
We offer a Free Return Shipping label within 30 days of receiving your order. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse center in Nashville, Tennessee.
How do I change my shipping address once my order is placed?

DOMESTIC:
All shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.
Please allow 1-7 business days to receive your order.
You will receive order updates through the email you provide.
INTERNATIONAL:
All shipping rates are calculated upon checkout.
International Shipping generally takes 7-22. In some instances, it may take longer. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all customs and duty fees.
Should you deny any charges, your order will be considered 'Abandoned' and will not be refunded or replaced.
Occasionally a package may get lost in transit. We do not accept responsibility for any missing or lost packages shipped overseas. Lost or missing packages will not be replaced.
If your order contains any 'Pre-Order' items, your entire order will be held until everything is available to ship together.
We will not alter customs forms to reflect a value different than the amount paid by the purchaser. Doing so is a Federal Offense.
